Year after year this pictures have created a very popular look and they seems to be shot &#8220;like a tripod&#8221;. Now, in the world over, tripods and photographic equipment of this kind are photographed in exactly this same way. This is called &#8220;the Manfrotto style&#8221;.<br \/> In this lesson I would like to present you someone of the most popular images I did for Manfrotto.<br \/> But the guest star will be the shooting for the last Manfrotto Ad Campaign with the backstage and the &#8220;making of&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"manfrotto ad picture 1\" src=\"\/images\/stories\/articoli\/consulenza\/manfrotto_howto\/lesson2\/lesson2_01.jpg\" alt=\"manfrotto ad picture 1\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"dida\">My very first popular photograph for Manfrotto Ads at the beginning of the nineties<br \/> Linhof 4&#215;5 &#8211; Rodenstock Makro Sironar 300 &#8211; Fuji 64T<\/p>\n<p>Above, my first popular photograph for Manfrotto. Below the last one.<\/p>\n<p>Year after year I developed my own technique using spot fresnel lights and light and handy alu frames with a frost. The best for light transmission is the Lee Filters 216. This couple of tools allows me a fine control and give me a flexible light, smooth and sharp in the same time.<br \/> If you look at the video you can see how I obtain this tonal passages of my pictures.<br \/> I developed also a very straight way to shot the products with a very natural perspective. With small variations this is the set I use for most of my Manfrotto Shots.<br \/> I want underline that although we could get any stand or accessory we put ourself in a situation similar to an average studio.<br \/> So you will see an Avenger Grip placed on a standard stand instead of a C Stand etc.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>Pietro is trying the Figrig with Canon D5 MarkII<\/h2>\n<p>Pietro Bianchi a youg talented Photographer and Videographer of my staff is trying here for the first time the Figrig.<br \/> The result even if improvable are very interesting.<\/p>\n<p>The Figrig designed and enginereed by the famous film director Mike Figgies is a circular frame with a crossbar to mount most mini DV\u00a0 cameras or Photo Cameras, the Fig Rig becomes part of the body to produce smooth, steady travelling shots. An idea that is non-traditional in design, but purely simple and effective.
